We identified research areas and we aligned on focusing on the top two areas.

• Enhancing the Self-Service Learning Experience: How can we drive adoption and expand usage? We aim to understand user learning behaviors. The focus will be how to optimize the site to improve overall learning experience.

• Improving the Migration Experience for the Future: What lessons can we learn from past migrations to improve future experience? What were the barriers? Insights from this question will help inform the planning of upcoming migration.**

• How do we best qualify component usage in-conjunction w/ telemetry indicators? Identify low usage components and inform deprecation and prioritization.

• Pull inquires from Slack to inform research areas

• Inform future direction of Carbon: Which components would you like to see? What experience should we change?

• Why do users choose to implement userland fixes over opening an issue or engaging our team?
