Would it be possible to make a hotfix release for 1.3.1

Issue #91 is quite disruptive, it basically causes the module to fail on any package that is pinned. Given that we pin all of our packages, we can't update to 1.3.0.

Given that the 1.4.0 milestone has a few other issues that are incomplete, would it be possible to make a hotfix and release 1.3.1? It would be much appreciated for those of us who can't use 1.3.0.

Can you elaborate more on this? Issue #91 is fixing a bug.
