flash.comma.ai is a very simple web app, and I think we can consider the flasher done when:

• works well on Windows, macOS, and Linux
• flashing is consistently <1m (assuming decent internet and USB 3)
• just works, aka reports of "unable to flash" are rare in Discord/support
• restores a device to the full factory state (i.e. more than just the AGNOS OTA images)

Some other nice to haves included in this bounty:

• pull out the QDL into a separate repo/library (with good tests) and publish to npm
• specify a manifest to flash
