USB Driver (Windows) should come after.

Shouldn't you install the driver before plugging the device in? That worked for me

This was related to QDL mode since I had to explain a lot of times that with QDL you need to plug the 2nd USB first, then provide power in the 1st USB.

Plus, I assumed that installing the driver (on Windows) after plugging the USB shouldn’t require replugging.
