motion-ui is not included in non-vanilla/complete download foundation. It is a standalone library that powers the transition effects used in a number of Foundation components, including Toggler, Reveal, and Orbit. [reff]

This library only available in npm and bower.

Here my suggestions:

  1. create another components repo named motion-ui from https://github.com/zurb/motion-ui
    or
  2. include motion-ui into repo
