Phantom Mode is being reset to false in all coralogix alerts

Terraform Configuration Files

For us, running any pipeline with a coralogix_alert that has phantom_mode=true will reproduce the bug. We use gitlab.

Please include all Terraform configurations required to reproduce the bug. Bug reports without a functional reproduction may be closed without investigation.

also, this alert is not in regards to migrating from a version 1.x.x to 2.x.x . We got the same error for new alerts as well.
