The command hyerglot (https://pypi.org/project/hyperglot/) detects that the typeface of the old version, that you hosted on OSDN site, has all these scripts, but detects that one of the newest version, that you hosted on this repository, does not have them. It indicates that it has only the pan-Latin script.
Of course that I noticed that the typeface of the newest version has indeed all these scripts as I analysed with FontForge and GNOME's Font Viewer.
I think that there is a bug in the typeface of the newest version, maybe because you built it with macOS' Glyphs Pro.

For example, M PLUS 1, the latest version of M+ FONTS published by Google Fonts, contains fewer glyphs than the previous version, M PLUS 1p, because it only contains glyphs that have been redesigned (the "*GF Latin Plus" range selected by Google).
