No audio output on Safari(MacOS/iOS) #376

I got no audio output on Safari(MacOS/iOS) though there is no error message in the console output (but overall amp is 0).
Checked on
MacOS 12.4/MacBookPro(Intel Core i5) & Safari 15.5 (17613.2.7.1.8)
iPhoneXR & iOS15.5

I can confirm the bug locally, will fix soon

Root cause needs to be determined if it is in web-ide codebase or requires a fix in WebAudio Csound library.
