Chore: add Firefox smoke tests for darwin builds

What would you like?

I would like to add a basic set of firefox tests to execute on darwin machines in CI

Why is this needed?

We tend to only run firefox tests on linux-x64. Smoke tests would be helpful to gain additional coverage and make sure there are minimal breakages with firefox changes

• https://github.com/cypress-io/cypress-docker-images/tree/master/examples/firefox-esr shows running with Firefox ESR which should theoretically work with ARM64, although I have never tested it.

• I guess this would run into the same issues as Add Firefox to Linux/arm64 browser images cypress-docker-images#1190 if the tests are to be done on Linux as well as Darwin.
