v6.bvg.transport.rest should be available again, with the usual pattern of occasional downtimes. Does it work for you?

It should be working again now. Please continue to let me know whenever some API is down for longer than a few minutes!

In order to reduce load on the underlying "upstream" BVG/DB/VBB HAFAS APIs, I have reduced the rate limit of {v5,v6}.{bvg,db,vbb}.transport.rest to 60 requests per minute (each).
