Miscellaneous feature requests

Based on short testing period I have few suggestions to make:

- I have a playlist containing all my favorite shoutcast stations. Currently 
qmobilempd doesn't show any info to these stations in playlist view, only 
"(0:00)". It makes using shoutcast playlists difficult. Would it be possible to 
show URL's of radiostations in playlists instead if no other info is available?

- An option to auto-connect to server would make using qmobilempd much more 
convenient.

- Indicator showing active selection is a must in touch-device such as Nokia 
E7. Please add some color to the lists.

- Home screen should show server connection status instead of "Home" header.

- I find it more accurate to use keyboard with many mobile apps. Would it be 
difficult to implement keyboard support to qmobilempd?
