SDK Example: Implement editContentlet in Angular Example

Task

We need to implement the editContentlet logic within the Angular example.
To achieve this, we will use the existing editContentlet method.

This component must exist only in the Angular example, not in the SDK.
It should only be visible inside UVE and only when in Draft mode.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The user can see the editContentlet button only in Draft mode.
• The editContentlet button must match the React example in size, icon, position, and styling.
