We need to review the Python API for the eCAL 6 Release.

Integrate nanopb for the eCAL 6.0 release and what work still has to be done #2001
Increase protobuf version for python extensions, and see if our message publishers ... work with Protobuf versions 4.x #2002
(The currently used protobuf versions for Python are old and cause conflicts, e.g. when using eCAL in combination with tensorflow)
