Even though the DECAL_INSTALL_SAMPLE_SOURCES CMake option is set to ON, the C++ and Python sample source files are not being installed.

Do we really want the samples sources in our installer? The installer atm does not contain any Python (as these are distributed with wheels).
If we do, maybe it makes sense if me manage this part with innosetup only, and not with additional CMake options...?

We have discussed that we might want to structure the installer a bit more, such that there is a split between sdk and the actual applications.
