Cloud File Browser - open the currently set location

When File browser in widget is opened first time, and path argument has a value, we should display the directory containing current path.

Refinement notes:

• If the path points to a concrete file, highlight it.
• If the path leads to nonexisting place, just go as far as possible.
• In case of write component, put the file name in the input box.
