Navbar Overlapping with Page Content While Scrolling

Describe the bug
The navigation bar items overlap with the page content when scrolling, making the text and elements partially hidden or unreadable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the Envoy Gateway website.
Scroll down the page.
Observe that the navbar items do not remain fixed properly and instead overlap with the page content.
Expected behavior
The navbar should either remain fixed at the top or adapt correctly without overlapping with the content when scrolling.
