We are postponing this issue because it is unclear how to implement it correctly and error-free.

The main issue is that webviz is designed to be closed by clicking ctrl-c in the terminal. Because of the way we are currently starting webviz-ert (using _base_service) it is unclear how to do this in a proper way that clears all started processes.
