创建评论

POST    /comment

参数说明

参数 说明 是否必填
nickname 评论人名字 是
email 评论人邮箱 是
content 评论内容 是
target_id 评论目标id，如果是普通文章为普通文章id，专栏文章为专栏文章id 是
target_type 评论类型，普通文章为：article，专栏文章为：column 是
