The foundation utilizes Zoom to provide virtual meeting capabilities for the board and working groups. For general usage and administrative documentation see Zoom documentation.

Scheduling a meeting

A request to create a zoom meeting should be submitted to [email protected], normally by a chair or co-chair. The request should include :

  • The working group it is for
  • The recurrence rules (e.g., Every other Thursday at 12pm PST)
