Specify and Standardize Support for Copy-Paste #2376

We support copy-paste as an export option.

However the outcome is currently very different, and there are large visual differences (eg see #847)

by browser (Chrome, Firefox etc)
by destination (Gmail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word)
? by OS - untested (MacOS, Windows, iOS...)

We should:

define a core set of browsers and destinations that we support
deliver good, (relatively) consistent experiences across all of them
and find some way to test them
