Add Support for Message Reactions (Like, Dislike, Emoji Reactions)

It would be great to have built-in support for adding reactions (e.g., like, dislike, or emoji reactions) to messages in the Exyte Chat framework. This feature is commonly found in modern chat applications and significantly enhances user engagement by allowing users to interact with messages in an expressive and quick manner.

Proposed Feature:

Reactions UI:

A small area or icon near each message to display available reactions (e.g., emojis, thumbs up/down).
Tap and hold a message to bring up an emoji picker or reaction options.

Support for custom reaction types (e.g., a specific set of emojis or icons).
Allow developers to enable/disable reactions per message.
