URL format for src.fp.o in DistroBaker commits is wrong #6

The URL format for src.fedoraproject.org commits in DistroBaker commits is wrong, and not usable as a link to the upstream commit.

For example, in this pipewire package commit, it has the following body:

This is an automated DistroBaker update from upstream sources.
If you do not know what this is about or would like to opt out,
contact the OSCI team.

The URL string here is not usable. The correct URL is https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/pipewire/c/0c957ef0a4d3bc900e4c48e2c0d089ec15c32345

Can this please be fixed?
