When looking at capturing PCAP files, it would be great to have the operator storing files permanently on a defined storage bucket, any S3-compatible object storage could be a good option

@hanengarcia , we're including this to our upcoming changes and our first implementation will be with a PVC for the user to configure and with that the user can define what storage is backing that PVC.
