Manage Accounts: Remoce arrows on right of accounts

Maybe remove the two arrows on the right of each account, because they're kinda useless

maybe same thing as with categories, hide first but keep functionality

influences order on home screen and future graphs such as net worth where it'd make sense to have more constant accounts at the bottom and those with monthly fluctuations at the top
