Much like in Infinity-Universe and the dev diary 1 video for Elite: Dangerous people are asking about big, lumpy, rocky rings around worlds it seems.

Shouldn't be too hard.

Need to support a variety of types, mostly I'd like to conform more to the dirty ice particle type but a few protos moon and clearing orbits etc.
