Create a proposals overview page in eventyay-common and gather data from eventyay-talk

Add an proposals overview page for the specific user in eventyay-common and link it in the sidebar.

eventyay-talk has the data of the speaker proposals for each event as shown in this screenshot.

Create an overview table with the list of talks of the user in eventyay-common. Gather the information of the talks proposed by the user from eventyay-talk through an API.

In the sidebar add the page with the overview table of all talks in the menu sidebar below "My events".

In the overview display a table with the following info:

• Event Name
• Event Date
• Session Name
• Session Speakers
• Session Status (e.g. Accepted)
• Edit Proposal
• Edit Bio
