[Feature Request] Basic support for TV OS/External input devices

Use Cases

• Using Grayjay on the TV like via Fire TV Stick or Chromecast
• Using an external controller (like 8BitDo)
• Using a keyboard

Proposal

1. Highlight the currently selected option, tab, or video (compatibility with TV remote)
2. When a video is selected, set focus to the video.
   • Should work like FCast Receiver
3. If possible, use the channel or menu buttons to set focus between video selection, mini player, and menu/bottom bar
4. In a much later release, allow viewing comments and recommendations
   • The "exit full screen" button will split the screen side-by-side, where the existing Polycentric/Platform/Recommendations selector will be
