Add flag to coverage configurations to control visibility on the frontend

Some coverage configurations are not intended for being exposed individually on the frontend - for example, the lower uncertainty bounds for some coverage.

As such it would be beneficial to have an additional property that specifies whether a coverage configuration is to be shown or not.
