whiptail(slang2)は組み込みでunicodeデータを持っているため、このロケールの修正では解決できない。
しかも組み込まれているunicdeバージョンが古いので㋿でも問題が起きる。
アプリケーションにunicodeデータを埋め込むのは悪手でありwcwidthを使ってくれたほうがマシであることを開発者に伝える。
