Publish install instructions

You may find installation instructions in the README files of the services.

However this project (and Horizon for that matter) do not have installation instructions in their README. I understand the warnings that this was not made to be easy to install, but having any instructions at all would be very helpful for those who are looking to deploy this with a custom domain.
