Weird "Unable to connect " message behavior - wait button is sometimes missing

When it displays "Unable to connect " message for the first time, it shows only 2 buttons - "Wait" button doesn't appear.
On second time it shows 3 buttons.
I'm on latest Android application.

This issue is missing the issue template which asks for all necessary information to help out like logs and also the app version number. Please add back the template with all relevant info to help out. Screenshots and logs are needed here.

The "Wait" button is only shown if the error is because of a timeout. Most likely there are two different errors - like said a log/screenshot would help.
