Update/edit existing front-end README for cloning repo to local machine. The current Quick Start README guide doesn't work; npm doesn't fully install (unless you use 'npm install --force` which isn't great), and more dependencies are required but are not listed. At the very least there should be a note about adding Gawk (https://www.gnu.org/software/gawk/).
