[BUG] This download option is not available (repeat of #1276)

when i try to download on any options i see the same as the #1276

yes, ive removed and readded all the jsons
yes i've tried to reinstall

Steps to Reproduce

it happpens when i click on "Download now", it doesnt matter what option

Expected behavior

the download should start

no logs / error only

Mint 21.3 Kernel: 6.8.0-51-generic DE: Cinnamon 6.0.4

Hydra Version

Last (3.1.5 "Spectre")

i did a full reinstall, meaning, removing sources, uninstalled, restarted everything, reinstalled, logged in, readded all the sources

I have exactly the same problem, more precisely: This download option is not available
At the same time, after reinstalling Hydra, I can't even add a single source. I am in Russia.
