Roll Call always asks for authorization

Roll Call always asks for authorization, whether you are a teacher, administrator or student. Is this normal or can we fix it? For example, after authorizing as a teacher I am asked again in a couple of minutes, it's act as if it doesn't remember. it's the same every time for every role.

Is there way to fix it?
