Describe the bug
find_region_id(<gridded_data_for_rgi-o2:08-03>) returns "08-02".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Produce data grid over (only) glaciers bigger than 1 km of 08-03.
  2. Try finding its region code.
