Add labels for CLI commands to GitHub issue tracker to improve searchability #5642

Are you able to create those labels yourself? I'm not sure about the permissions. I mean, are you just asking for people's opinion before you do it or do you also need one of the maintainers to do it if people agree? I don't have much opinion about it. I don't think I'll usually bother to add the labels, but I obviously don't mind if others are willing to add the labels. |

I'm finding GitHub's text search to be a little lackluster when it comes to finding every open issue for a given command. If I type "jj diff" or "diff" for example, many issues are returned, most of which aren't specific to the
jj diff
command.I'd propose that we add labels for the different CLI commands to make filtering easier. We could also potentially take advantage of the new "topics" feature in the issue tracker to move labels like "bug" and "feature request" over to topics.
Thoughts?
