Known outages

Today there was a few hour long outage caused probably by a race condition when a block gets mined while running the main replacement script simplereplnn.sh. Hopefully fixed by adding timeout when running sendrawtransaction. Let's see how it behaves now.

It started after ee0…d336 and lasted until its follow-up child.
