Heroku Eliminated Free Plans

Heroku is not free anymore. The instructions need to be updated to use another cloud service that has a free tier option.

Other question on similar topic - anyone has an estimate of how much does it cost to run this app on Heroku "Eko and Basic" plan (I need some estimate to know if it's even worth using that platform for such tool). I guess it should be pretty cheap (like a few cents/month?) if I only sync my highlights weekly or so?

Might be possible to create a docker image instead and try to see if you can self host it. That would be my idea.
