Scrollbars currently like this regardless of theme:
This is not a huge departure from the standard Mint themes (the biggest difference to my eye is it does not have accent colors when clicked), but for other themes it is quite different.
As I understand this is due to xreader acting as a wrapper to libwebkit2gtk, as such I know fixing this issue would be rather complicated.
Steps to reproduce
Open an epub (such as one from gutenberg.org)
See scrollbar
Expected behavior
It should use the scrollbar from the gtk theme to ensure a consistent user interface.
