Apply button on corner manager

In the corner tool, it would be nice to add an apply button
So that you don't have to call the tool every time you need to trim several profiles

Didn't took the time.

The easiest way should be to add a button, that call the same method as the "ok" button, then reopen the dialog.

got it started on branch apply-corner-manager.

Not working well because:

• another bug is the corner maager doesn't cancel correctly, it will create an empty TrimmedProfile Trim Profile 's cancel button creates an empty TrimmedProfile #24
• Need to select profile then click "add" then faces then adds faces. (I don't like this workflow)
