[BUG] V3 Dev Install Version Display Bug

Describe the bug
I noticed when trying out the newly added version 3 functionality of linking your Itch.io account and being able to download and install LCPs with one click that occasionally the installed version would not update correctly. For instance I have a screen shot below where for Dustgrave it shows I don't have it installed on the LCP directory tab where as on the content packs tab it is shown as installed.

In addition it appears to be registering and pulling long rim data 1.2.0 instead of the latest (1.2.1). I have confirmed if I do manually grab the long rim 1.2.1 LCP it does update everything accordingly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Link Itch.io account
2. Go to Content manager
3. Click on the LCP directory tab
4. Download and install using the button on the far right
5. Occasionally have minor visual bugs on the installed version column

Expected behavior
Expected to be able to see at a glance which version I had installed of each LCP and if it was up to date.
