[FEATURE] Bulk LCP upload

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
New users (hi!) will need to upload all their LCPs one at a time. That's a fairly slow process.

Describe the solution you'd like
Enable multi-file uploads. The same UI components can be used almost exactly as is, just need to iterate over the files uploaded.
