Connection broken between like button and Liked media page

When users click like on a video, it is not being recorded on the Liked media page. I tested this by viewing the page through a regular account and an admin account and in different browsers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Like a video
2. View the Liked media page
3. See that no like was recorded

Expected behavior
Whenever people like videos, it should get tabulated on the Liked media page.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Ubuntu 22.04
• Installation method: Single server install
• Chrome and Firefox browsers
