We have added some documentation for the plugins in feature PRs #17 & #19. (NOTE: There are a lot more plugins now since the time of the creation of this ticket) These documentations contain some common steps that we can pull out and add in a base document that is shared b/w all the plugins.

We can move package generation code e.g. Ref from the above PRs to one base documentation file that can be linked into all the plugin README's.
