task train doesn't run validation for the Train action #1019

If I run training from the command line it doesn't take into account the schema from

translations/taskcluster/translations_taskgraph/actions/train.py

Line 71 in 5091a54

schema=lambda graph_config: {

So training can run from CLI but fail when running from web UI.
