Current behavior

No analytics about demo usage, component usage, etc.

Expected behavior

Google Analytics https://www.notion.so/mui-org/Product-Analytics-f2e2576203564e6c8dc3429cf305a36f.

Additional context

We have this docs traffic data on https://mui.com/, I think it's a docs-infra regression.
