Incompatibility with models that don't have an id column

For example if we have this plugin model:

class Foo(NetBoxModel):
    cable = models.OneToOneField(Cable, primary_key=True, on_delete=models.CASCADE)
    ...

the provisioning of a branch fails with:

column "id" of relation "pluginname_foo" does not exist

It seems this issue comes from here:

Is this intended? The docs make it seem like it should work for every possible model.

Modifying the plugin to always use the primary key from the table seems to make it work.
