Need to add following options for possible inputs for grouping:

  • "Use Calibration Grouping"

  • "Use Standard Grouping"

  • "Custom Grouping"

  • Will also need to implement the checks for Input -> Output grouping in the backend scripts to ensure the Output grouping is a true coarse-grain of the input grouping (input groups are maintained in the output "supergroups")

This is implemented in the Advanced tab now in #133.

For the last one, maybe we let Mantid sort this out. Opened a separate issue (#135)
