Want to pull sample information into Post-Processing Table (from NeXus for now)
Use the data from ITEMS to flag runs (based on chemical formula) that would most likely require an absorption correction applied.
Joerg: Temporarily, run a dummy scan to produce a NeXuS file with information to pull. Use this file to perform run flagging. Want to pull this information directly from ITEMS instead.

Ultimately, need ITEMS ID from NeXus file to populate the Post-Processing Table.

We can do the absorption calculations as soon as the information is ready in ITEMS.

Yet, we need to add a list of ITEMS numbers that need to be flagged if we want to pre-screen and apply the correction to individual runs.

This is closed by #133. For the absorption stuff, see issue #87 and we can work off that to get it into the table
