Feature request

Which Nextcloud Version are you currently using: (see administration page)
Nextcloud MacOS 3.15.3

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On MacOS with Virtual Files, you cannot mark a folder to "always keep available offline" or "keep downloaded".

This causes multiple challenges. For example, when files are added to a folder on another device, those are not automatically downloaded on the first device. (When an already downloaded file is changed on another device, this change is successfully synced back offline.)

Describe the solution you'd like
A context menu option to mark some specifc folders (and all their contents) as "Always keep on device".

Describe alternatives you've considered
Right-click "Download Now" is a one-time operation. It does only download currently available files, but does not stay alert and automatically download changes to the folder.

Additional context
This feature is available on Nextcloud Windows.

This feature newly (July 2024) became availabe for iCloud Drive on MacOS. Potentially there is also some related changes in the FileProvider API?
